The heart of MOXO is an open-plan restaurant, beating to the rhythm of Itameshi – a unique culinary fusion of Japan and Italy. The chef and menu creator is Radosław Pelc, who gained experience at Fort Village in Sardinia and the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw, among others. As a first-place winner of the 7th Culinary Rally of Champions, he masterfully combines Italian passion for produce with Japanese precision. The signature menu features refined sushi compositions, seafood, and selected fish and meat dishes. Each dish is a dialogue between Mediterranean temperament and Asian technique, creating a contemporary culinary experience. The exceptional menu is complemented by a signature cocktail menu, inspired by the philosophy of the intertwining of these two powerful cultures.
